*Lower the body fat.

(How to measure it? Buy a new scale?) 

*Lose 5 kg.

*Go back to the acupuncture place.

*Exercise every day.

(Old air-bike? To buy X-bike? Yoga class? Swimming? Dancing Class?....)

 

Plan 3:

Keep good hours.

Make a list of when I go to bed every day.
